Recently, tourism industry in our country has been developing greatly, but tourism souvenirs that could be taken as an important part of tourism merchandise was lagged within a long period and could not cater for the increasing demand of domestic tourists and foreign ones. So the whole economic profit of our tourism industry was hindered, it has become a weak part of the tourism industry. Developing of tourism souvenirs plays a great role in extending the proportion that tourism merchandise is to the whole revenue in tourism and increasing the economic benefit of tourism. So the tourism industry pays more and more attention to the development of tourism souvenirs, and the study has become increasingly on tourism souvenirs. But there is little study on tourism souvenirs in Heilongjiang province. The government of Heilongjiang province has paid high attention to the development of tourism souvenirs and regarded that as a key item in tourism. The paper will have a systemic study on tourism souvenirs in Heilongjiang that takes the demand into account, and puts forward the developing and marketing strategies for tourism souvenirs in Heilongjiang province.In this paper, the latest study status of tourism merchandise and souvenirs has been generalized, so has the development status of domestic tourism souvenirs and foreign ones. Also, the basic theories about tourism souvenirs have been discussed. The main theories have been expatiated in this paper involved in developing and marketing of tourism souvenirs; regarding of the convenience to develop tourism souvenirs, the consumption characters of tourists in purchasing tourism souvenirs has been investigated. In the process, we analyze the investigated results in the tourism souvenirs market of Heilongjiang province; Then the paper puts forward the concrete ways to develop tourism souvenirs; The evaluation index system of tourism souvenirs has been constructed here on the basis of analysis, and estimates the tourism souvenirs by the way of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. After the research of theories, combining with the last status of the resource market in Heilongjiang province, we analyze the resource of tourism merchandise, souvenirs, and the market of tourists, and bring the developing and marketing strategies for tourism souvenirs in Heilongjiang province.The paper will promote the tourism souvenirs market and the tourism economy by researching the developing and marketing strategies for tourism souvenirs in Heilongjiang province. At the same time, I hope the methods and experience summed up in this article could be used as reference to the development of tourism souvenirs in other areas.
