Research On The System Of Statutory Remuneration That Is Caused Be The Damage Which Is Done By Animal

"LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON THE PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE" contains a liability for statutory remuneration, according to which the victim has the right to statutory remuneration if his damage is caused by wild life. But the system of such statutory remuneration is not constructed in China really. So, I give some advice on how to resolve some substantial and procedural questions which people will meet when they run such statutory remuneration to improve it in China.In the first section, I define the word "wild life" that is used in my essay. When T finish the canvass of the different definition of the word "wild life" in bionomics and law, I discuss why the government protect the wild animal. Then, I define the animal that is not protected by government. In the base of the former canvass, I define the word "wild life" that is used in my essay. It contains part of the "wild life" which is used in law, neither the animal that is bred by the units, which use government money only, nor the animal that is bred by people or the units that use private money only.In the second section, I define the liability, which the article 14 of the "LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON THE PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE" enacts. When I introduce the nascence , the development, the character and the range of the "statutory remuneration", I think liability, which the article 14 of the "LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON THE PROTECTION OFWILDLIFE" enacts, belong to the statutory remuneration.In the third section, I finish the canvass of the way to improve the system of statutory remuneration, which is caused by the damage that is done by the "wild life". I also give the advice on how to resolve some substantial and procedural questions which people will meet when they run the statutory remuneration.
