When looking into the situation of global economy, we can tell that the competitive form between countries, and also between enterprises is taking place a change of fundamental importance. This change will make knowledge become the only long-term operational resource for the enterprises' subsistence in future competition; make it necessary for the modern enterprises to become "learning organizations" and it is an important trend within the change in the future of enterprise management.This thesis, through a simple introduction, discusses the construction pattern of Chinese enterprises' "learning organization" and puts forward an opinion on building a construction pattern regarding this. The construction pattern must be centered on "Five Practices"; take the culture training of the enterprise as a starting point and then build on the organization structure, which are propitious to the enterprises' studying, based on the methods and tools. This thesis puts an emphasis on the corporate culture training in the "learning organization".The significance of this thesis is to create the atmosphere and conditions for the enterprises' studying and to try to forward on the latest academic achievements, practical experience and the project of training a new-type of enterprise culture.
