Study On Several Issues About Personal Credit Evaluation In China

As an important subject, in the field of public administration, social credit system consists of government credit system, enterprise credit system and personal credit system. And the key to reinforce the social credit system is to establish personal credit system . With greater demand for consumption credit, commercial banks are urgently needed to establish personal credit system to control risks. Under the influence of long-term planned economy, there to some extent exists credit crisis, which will be improved with further development of market economy. Sound credit basis requires the restriction of regulations. Therefore, it's necessary to set up standard and strict personal credit system and make use of legal system to restrain behave of social members. Without it, the implementation of national macro-regulation and control, especially the consumption credit inferred from financial system will be severely affected and hampered.With system idea as guidance, the paper applies economics theories to analyzing the function system of personal credit and points out difficulties in establishing personal credit system, which lays foundation for finding solution to the evaluation of personal credit. Meanwhile, on the basis of learning from foreign study on personal credit evaluation, combined with domestic situations and the author' s own working experiences, the paper tests and assesses it with expert investigation and neural network to establish relatively easy, scientific, comprehensive evaluation model of personal credit through qualitative and quantitative methods. It also forwards suggestions about how to improve personal credit. The research provides reference for commercial banks set up scientific evaluation system of personal system as well as to examine application for personal loans.
