In the process of administrative litigation, attestation plays a very important role. This paper has an in-depth study on the issues of the concept of the administrative litigation system, promotion and consummation of the attestation system of administrative litigation on the basis of the theoretical research, judicial practice and the current application of the attestation system of administrative litigation of China, the author explains her personal points of view on the issues of establishing the evidence standards of the administrative litigation, promoting the methods and forms of the attestation of administrative litigation and strengthening the procedural and entitative safeguard of the attestation of administrative litigation.
