In 1996, the Orgnization for World Economy Coopreation point out: "Human beings are stepping into an economic ages with the important factor of knowledge resources' occupying, configuration, producing, allotting and using. " The knowledge-based economy is regarding knowledge as the fundation and is directly established on the knowledge and infoemation' s production, allotment and use. In the knowledge-based economy ages, knowledge and science technique are becoming the first main factcor for mankind to live and develop, and they also becoming the most important power to push the social economy' s development. The convey of knowledge and science technique is Human Resource(HR). How to mobilize the potencial of HR and take the maximum effect of it is becoming the key point of modern enterprise Human Resource Management (HRM). And it also becoming the key problem of enterprise' s development.The gravity of HRM under the knowledge-based economy ages is Human Rresource Configuration (HRC). However, the research and practice of HRC is still stay in the period of concept guiding, and mainly concentrates on the studying of HRC s important and characteristic. The main concentrations are how to inviting, promoting, stimulating and etc. And the study of HRC, the key of the HRM was by no means in-depth.To this issue, based on some theories of HRM, and on basis of related research documents and study results from domestic and abroad, this paper penetrated into the process of HRC and deeply analyzed multitudinous factors which affected HRC. According to the concrete present situation of our enterprise, this paper summarized some basic principle of HRC for our enterprise to follow. Meanwhile, this paper also used some economic theories principle to conceive the way of HRC which will be fit for our enterprise. Along the way of combination of theory and practice, this article put forward some innovativeresearch views.Thesis first elaborated basic theories concerning enterprise HR, and brought forward the new concept of HRC under the knowledge-based economy from microcosmic angle. Then, the author analyzed the importance and necessity of HRC from each angle under the knowledge-based economy. After that, the thesis studied the internal and external environment of enterprise, then advanced the basic principle of HRC. Finally, this paper used economic theories principle to the configuration of enterprise human resource, and found some theories basis for HRC of our enterprise.
