Study On The Quality Management Of Building Construction Engineering

Since there exists a close relationship between people's daily life and house-building project, the quality of the project directly determines success or failure of the investment. And what's more, since the building project is directly involved in people's life and production, it is of crucial importance to the lives and property security of the nation and people. So among many factors in the building project, quality management is the core. In the process of house building, there is a complicated process covering such factors as unmovable location, flowing working process, different types of house building structure, different quality demand, different constructing method, a huge compound, integrity, a long construction cycle, and liability to natural conditions. All these factors contribute to a higher level of difficulty in the housing project than in the industrial production.A close analysis and research on project quality management is conducted based on the building project of the students' dormitory compound in which the writer itself has been involved. As to the quality management in the stage of building, by means of quality planning and control the steps and implementing of the quality pla nning in the process of house building project are illustrated; an analysis on the features, the principles and factors of quality control is carried out and a set of codes are formed as to quality control in the course of building project. Emphasis on teamwork and management and recognition ofthe special factor of people are noted. An idea of man-centeredness is put forward, and it is considered the key to a high quality of the project.
