The harmonious of labor relation is very important for us in modern society, especially in a changing condition in our county. The law cases about labor relation are increased quickly because of the complexity of labor relation and the distinctness of benefit between the labor and the employer. It is a pressing job for us to analyze the problems about the system of solving labor disputes and adjusting or reforming the system.In my paper, I just analyze the present situation about labor disputes first, then appraise the system that now is running. The third, I gathered the reformation plans raised by different scholars and point out their advantages and shortcomings. The raise of my standpoint depend on the use of reference of overseas system and the analyze both of the situation of our county and the specialist of labor disputes.In my opinion, it is a appropriate method of abolishing arbitration and settle a labor judicium, just like Germany. At the same time, we should enhance the function of mediation to reduce the pressure of judicium. Nay labor union, supervise institution and improvement of professional quality are indispensable aspects.
