Research On Cost Control Of Large-Size Construction Project On The Construction Stage

According to the Principal of Engineering Project Total Cost Management, the dissertation builds the model of the principle of construction project cost dynamic control on the construction stage. Analyzing the characteristic of the activity of the construction cost on the evaluating mode of construction works based on bill of quantities, the first the dissertation divides the construction cost into five modules on the evaluating mode of construction works based on bill of quantities. Utilizing the Earned Value Concept, the method of WBS, the perfect measures of construction cost control, the dissertation builds the model of construction project cost dynamic control on the construction stage.The dissertation carries out the discussion centering on the model. It designs out the method of payment of progress payment of construction cost on the evaluating mode of construction works based on bill of quantities. It studies the way of calculating about four basic parameters of construction cost by utilizing the Earned Value Concept. It analyzes the deviation of construction on the construction stage. It forecasts the cost of unfinished construction project by building the model of forecast. It builds two model of forecast according to the different phase on the construction stage. Analyzing the deviation and forecasting the cost of unfinished construction project and adopting the perfect measures of cost control on the construction stage, the owner achieves the goal of cost control.
