Research On The Dynamic Performance Measurement System Of Knowledge-based Enterprise Organism

The aim of study is to set up a system of dynamic performance measurement. In this paper knowledge-based enterprise is looked upon organism, and the process from forming to failing is divided into three grades and nine periods. In every grade knowledge-based enterprise has specific characteristics. According to these characteristics, it chooses proper indexes and builds index system. I chose FAHP to measure the performance.First this paper tells the concept ,characteristics and existing circumference of knowledge-based enterprise. Knowledge-based enterprise is looked upon organism. The organism model is imported. And the enterprise lifecycle theory is used to analyze the organism model. After it, this paper builds performance measurement subsystem of knowledge-based enterprise. It analyses the actuality and lack of the tragic financing index system, and builds a subsystem according to some principles. This subsystem chooses indexes from five aspects: financing, custom, knowledge management, studying and developing and interior operation.After building the subsystem, this paper chooses FAHP to build measurement model. In building the model, first it builds a multi-grade indexes drawing, second it analyses the weight of the indexes, third it adopts expert judgment to judge, forth it accounts and fifth the final result is get. At last, this paper builds a system. The system consists of the subsystem of aim-identify, the subsystem of performance measurement index, the subsystem of performance measurement means and the estimation and appliance subsystem of performance measurement result. The aim and the performance measurement index subsystem of knowledge-based enterprise are adjusted according as the different phases of the lifecycle.
