System Analysis ,Design And Application Of Anhui Procince Competitive Roads Decision Support System

Road and traffic construction developed quickly with the rapid development of economy. Road network construction is much perfect. The traffic distribution, fee income, project evaluation and project decision exist between the competitive roads. The traffic construction fund of our country is not abundant yet, so the competitive roads management decisions and project decisions have quite important theoretic and practical value.The thesis is to build the Anhui Province competitive roads decision support system. First, the thesis analyses competitive roads travel character. It gets travel cost, travel time and road fee factors through the road choice factor analysis. Then it builds the travel utility model and traffic transfer model. Finally, it works out the route choice model for Anhui based on actual data and analyses the Anhui Province condition and application such as traffic distribution, project decision.To apply the decision support system to Anhui Province, then the thesis do the system analysis and system design. The system analysis completes analyzing system target, custom demand, especially data process. The system design completes designing the system construction and modules, especially database. The last is a simple example. The whole system is quite scientific, comprehensive and easy. The system is a successful application of decision support system in reality and it is quite creative in competitive roads field.
