| Based on the developing scale of 14,000,000 tons of Steel drafted by WISCO, together with the sales achievement in recent years, the paper makes a good study of future makes share and present produce capacity to the products of Refractory Materials Company. From the analysis to the shortage between produce of several privilege products with the meet, a strategy of investing only on several important products have finally been formed. With the help of the practical experiences in recent years, the investment scale and establishing speed of 14 projects have been drawn out. Other key projects came to the similar conclusion after analyzed in the same way, that is to say, an enterprise must well know the market of its products and promptly adjust its production and structure, improve its scientific management inside, make every effort to decrease costs to an ideal standard for the best economic efficiency.
