The manager annual salary system is one of the key points of the enterprise reform that obtains great attention from the government,enterprises and managers. As the central part of the enterprise system reform nowadays,it relates to improving enterprise benefit,enhancing enterprise position in fierce competition as well as promote the construction of professional managers,and so on. With the coming of the knowledge-based economy and China joining the WTO,the manager becomes more and more important for the enterprise. Meanwhile,State-owned enterprises will face more and more fierce competition of talented person. So the manager annual salary system becomes the urgent task to be explored.Firstly,this dissertation summarizes the research actuality of the manager annual salary system in the domestic and international business enterprise. All of those include summarizing the theory and system of salary and the research actuality of the manager annual salary system in the domestic and international. What's more, this chapter points out some suggestion to help the construct of the manager annual salary. Secondly,based on the domestic realistic background and basic state of the nation,this dissertation summarizes the actuality of the manager annual salary system,and analyses the existent problems and reasons. The issues, which this dissertation pointed out, include four aspects: The object of the manager annual salary is ambiguity; the criterion of the manager annual salary is unscientific; the level of the manager annual salary is low; the structure of the manager annual salary is simple and lack of the long term stimulary function. The reasons of these problems include three aspects: the circumstance doesn't adapt to the manager annual salary system; the corporations are lack of experience and the corporations are lack of scientific theory to carry out the manager annual salary. Thirdly,based on the complete competition theories,applying it to the manpower capital market,and referring to the England economist A.C.Pigou's the collectivity negotiation salary theories,this dissertation brings forward this manager annual salary model. Based on analyzing the corporation, the market and the manager, this model educes the upper limit and lower limit of the manager annual salary. What's more, based on the actual status of the corporation and the manager, this chapter calculates the amount of the manager annual salary.Fourthly,this dissertation validates the model of the manager annual salary to state the application methods and strategies. As B company and Xu Chang foreign trade Co. Ltd for example,this chapter validates this conclusion: This model adapts to the small, laboring-intensive corporations in which operation is single. What's more, the effect of the manager is important in the corporation.Finally,based on the what's this dissertation analyzed,this dissertation brings forward the countermeasure and advice in course of carrying out the manager annual salary. Those countermeasure and advice mainly include three aspects: Setting up the correct principle of the manager annual salary system; improving the circumstance of the manager annual salary system and setting up the manager diversification annual salary system, whose core is the benefit of the manager, to realize the long term stimulary.
