Managerial human capital is an important kind of human capital. It is regarded as a kind of ability to explain producing function, and it is a core competing resource. Companies should attach importance to managerial human capital valuation. From ensuring its valuation, companies can not only motivate Managerial employees and do scientific standard to add investment to managerial human capital, but also offer human capital information for companies and evaluate companies' profit ability, so it is important and significative to build a scientific evaluation model.Based on analyzing others' research fruits, the author think that the current research on evaluation models is mostly on the side of accountancy. It is significative to perfect accounting system, but from the view of management, the human capital valuation counted from single financial data has less effect on improving the human capital valuation. As a result, the author wants to build an evaluation model that emphasizes the effect on human resource management on the contrary of monetary numerical value.Managerial human capital valuation is the realistic, talent and creative manageric work that the owner of Manageric human capital offers. In another words, it is the profit that the owner of managerial human capital offers now and in the future. The valuation has the characteristic of increment, concealment, instability, high profit and hysteresis. Based on the definition and characteristic of managerial human capital valuation, the author holds a view that the owner of managerial human capital has super ability of brings profit compared with ordinary employees, and its inscapes of valuation include three inspects: ability, individual contribution and essential diathesis. Based on analyzing the evaluation theory of managerial human capital valuation, the author sets up an evaluation system of managerial human capital valuation by factor analysis and multi-level fuzzy synthetically evaluation method. The system includes nine indexes, including working fruits, employees'trainting, ability of grasping opportunity, ability of disposing unbalance, ability of communication, ability of growth continuously, working style, individual quality and knowledge. At last, the author tests the validity of the indexes system by a demonstration to a Managerial human capital of a company.
