Analysis the situation of which our enterprise faced at present. Proof the importance of the management consultancy to our enterprise. Furthermore analysis the management consultancy industry and consultant, set up the basis requirement for consultant in knowledge and skills. According to the consulting cases that the author had completed, analysis the cases, got experience and lessons, draw a conclusion about 5 steps in consulting project. And focus on the consulting solution implementation, explain the important of the implementation, this is scarcely in the past documentary about management consultancy. It is always a difficult and sensitive issue how to evaluate the management consulting service on justice. This thesis analyzes systematically the process of the management consulting and the influence on enterprise management of the consulting project on three dimensionalities. Established the model of the management consultancy and value evaluation: CPCMS (Consultant, Process, Client, Management, Supervise), established the management concept, management procedure and physical index model, and this model can be used evaluate the performance of the consulting team, and support the decision when enterprise need management consultancy.
