The decision for choosing mang stocks is a matter of interest to stack investors .and also an important topic for stock researcher. There are lots of factors to affect stock investment. The purpose of stock combination is using excessive scattered investment to reduce investment risk. It is that reducing invests in risk, and getting the biggest profit. This paper aims at risk and the profit of investment combinations in bond using expectation and variance to make qualitative analysis, have explained that making up investment may reduce risk efficiently. Having led into correlation coefficient, it is showed how to choose a combination of investment in bond so that the risk is minimum. Then, with condition, extremum and Lagrange function aim at under specific yield to make risk reach minimum economic proposition to establish model. And combine example, calculate using MATLAB software and reach investment proportion. Secondly, analyzing the influence of the industrial nature and scale of investment portfolio and investment decision is made. At the same time, an investment preferred curve is proposed and an approach to determining the optimal portfolio of a specific investor is designed by using the investment preference and no difference curve. Finally, a decision optimization model will be established for market investment problem. Leading into A, model will change into linear optimization model, using iteration algorithm and simplex method to resolve the model. This model offers for the stock investment scheme of optimization personal investment as well as medium and small businesses relatively.
