The Study Of HX Futures Brokerage Company's Risks Management And Countermeasure Design

Enjoying the prosperity of China' s market economy, the futures market has developed greatly. As an important component of the futures market, futures brokerage companies play important role, but also face some problems, which include that operation scale is relative small, regulations and operation system are imperfect. What' s more, the unsound risk-controlling system seriously hindered the rapid development of futures brokerage company.In this thesis, the author studies the risks management of HX Futures Brokerage Company and analyzes its risks situation, then designs a specific risk-controlling countermeasure. Firstly, the author adjusts the company' s organizational structure to enhance risks supervision function. Secondly, the author summaries a risk revealing graphs of the company' s customer management to point our risk points existing in customer trading process, and designs control plan to counter each risk point. Thirdly, the author designs a settlement-lock to improve settlement process and enhance the control of settlement risks. Lastly, the author introduces double-standard-risk-ratio judge model to the margin-controlling process, rationalizing the margin-controlling and reducing the risks of company. The author hopes thatthis thesis can not only improve the risks management of HX Company, hut also provide a study case for the research of risks management and a reference in the exploration of risk-controlling system in futures brokerage companies.The shortcoming of this thesis is that the argument on the risks management system is not deep or complete enough.This thesis has four parts. The first part is the summery of the risks of futures market and futures brokerage company. The second part studies the risks management situtaion of the HX Brokerage Company. The third part designs corresponding risk-controlling plan of HX Company. The forth part summarizes the implementation of the risk-controlling plan.
