It is very important for the channel in the circulating environment due to affecting the benefit of the manufactory, distributor, agency, retailer, competitor, even to the final users. How to bring the advanced marketing mind into the traditional channel model and make all channel members gain the win-win results through implementing long-term strategy and increase the channel value are the key objectives that should be faced and fulfilled by JJVC China and most of other domestic companies in the near future. The study want to discuss the market problems such as conflict, low efficiency, antagonism competition of channel which faced by the companies and work out a option/proposal with directional and framework through analyzing the status channel strategy of JJVC China and linking related theory such as integrated marketing, systematism, PE, bargaining, etc.There has five parts in this thesis and go through all comments with the key point -- integrated marketing mind.The first part want to discuss that why do we need to integrate the original channel strategy and if it being necessary.The second part focus on analyzing the possibility and the capitulation of integrating the channel.The third part' s key point is that how to integrate the channel and focus on how to integrate the eight flows of the channel.The fourth part brings out the evaluation benchmark and methods to calculate the percentage of improvement and evaluate performance after re-built channel system. In addition, emphasis on the continuing processand circle implementing are all important key elements for the company adopting new market environment.The last part talked about the urgency and necessary of channel integration for JJVC China. At the same time, channel integration is the effective way for that company which want upgrading their core capabilities. At last, it also talk about the strategy of channel integration for JJVC China.
