A Study Of Enterprise Internal Control--Designation Of Transactions Flows Control

Based on the research result of internal control, the paper analyzes of current conditions of internal control in our country's enterprises, studies furtherly the designation of internal control system, i.e. the business process control and put forward the ways of designing.Secondly, the paper focuses on how to establish and perfect our enterprises' internal control system, promotes the policies of perfecting the internal control environment based on the concept of the conter to people and perfected human resources to inspire the motivation of the staff.
