In order to implement SCM, it is imperative to development close relationships with remaining ones. But different from Vertical Integration, every enterprise on the supply chain is still independent economic entity and has its own profit target. Consequently, the enterprises on the supply chain can't totally trust and share information each other. The relationship between enterprises includes not only competition, but also cooperation, that is competitive-cooperative relationship. And the degree of competition-cooperation is different according to the different tightness between enterprises. So how to coordinate and manage the competitive-cooperative relationship has great effect on the validity of SCM.This thesis is devoted to one aspect of this vast research area: coordinative mechanisms with competitive-cooperative relationship between enterprises. Firstly, according to the transaction costs, the competitive-cooperative relationship is divided to four kinds: close cooperative type, long-term cooperative type, short-term cooperative type and market type. The factors influencing relationship among enterprises are analyzed and evaluated using AHP. The relationship is classified according to the coefficient of competitive-cooperative relationship which is put forward firstly in the paper. Secondly, differences of coordinative mechanisms between traditional environment and competitive-cooperative relationship are compared. Coordinativemechanisms with competitive-cooperative relationship are presented, which are realized by mathematics model. Finally, in order to ensure the implementing of coordinative mechanisms, profit distribution model which is the center of incentive mechanism isdescribed. According to the coefficient of competitive-cooperative relationship, the coefficient of profit distribution is designed. The paper presents a framework to assist managers in adopting ideas of SCM.
