| Commercial banks occupy the center of social economy life. Their development not only directly restricts national economy but also influences the stable of whole society. Commercial banks play key roles in our society, thus the normal rules of social development must also be appropriate for their development. By comparing histories of domestic and foreign commercial banks, we can see that the organization structure, management range, methods and ways of providing services, means of administration, component and scale of assets of commercial banks in western countries are fairly mature. The history of Chinese commercial banks is much more shorter. After China joined WTO, the Chinese financial market is opened to foreigners. Protection measures in financial field are gradually cancelled. Foreign banks are allowed to do RMB business. Domestic banks are facing strong competition. Thus, it is urgent to draw lessons from foreign commercial banks and then to find out ways to promote development of our banks. The main task of this thesis is to find out crucial factors that influence development of commercial banks from the view of how improvement of science and technology influencing society, and to bring out suggestions on Chinese banks'reform. The theory adopted in this thesis is that improvement of science and technology influences society. In the thesis, I discussed main factors to promote internal innovation of commercial banks and the starting point of innovation. By comparing development of domestic and foreign commercial banks, I researched the impacts of improvement in science and technology towards management of Chinese commercial banks. I illustrated my own point of view on managerial structure of Chinese commercial banks. After vast amount of investigation and research, I gave my suggestions on innovation of managerial structure of Chinese commercial banks both theoretically and practically. The key point of this thesis is that reform of managerial structure of commercial banks is a systematic project. The growing strength of commercial banks depends on not only developing levels of the whole society, but also the swift transition of their own internal structure by innovations in management and in financial products supported by technique improvement. Though I am not so strong with theory research, I tried to complete this thesis with both theoretical and practical significance. |
