The Research On The Monopoly From The Investment Of MNC In China And Its Implications

The issue of the monopoly of MNC has become the common focus of government, academic circle companies and industrial associations. The answer to the issue is of value in theory and practice. With the theories of corporate monopoly, this thesis evaluates the so-called evidence of the monopoly of MNC in China, analyzes the practices of MNC in China and concludes that the monopolistic structure should not be the object of regulation on the monopoly though the minority of the MNC in China has a monopolistic structure, because monopolistic structure doesn't necessarily lead to Monopolistic Behavior. The thesis of course notes the individual monopolistic behaviors of MNC. Based on the positive effect of MNC on the development of China and the status quo and tendency of the monopoly problem of MNC, this thesis finally proposes that China promoted the investment of MNC and at the same time held back the monopoly behavior and the inclination of MNC. Furthermore, this thesis talks about the specific tactics to implement the proposal.
