With increasing competition in the world market, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention on logistics and Supply Chain Management. No matter international or state-owned enterprises, in order to improve efficiency, lots of them have introduced Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to manage the performance of Supply Chain, so as to realize their strategy. This paper first introduced the relationships between several conceptions. And then based on these, brought forward the idea that integrates logistics planning and Balanced Scorecard in supply chain management to perfect performance management. Therefore, on the basis of case study, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper analyzed the relationship between BSC, logistics planning and enterprise strategy and then came to a conclusion. Wish it can inspire fellows in this industry.
