Establish Competitive Advantage Of Chinese Textile

The important issue of Chinese textile industry is about how to maintain its lasting and unique competitive advantage. The past literatures more focus on the analysis of current textile industry's situation and discuss of corresponding strategy. On the basis of Porter's theory of competitive advantage, this essay analyzes current textile industry's situation of comparative advantage in-depth, and then put forward the argumentation of this essay: establish competitive advantage of Chinese textile. According to this argumentation, the essay brings forward corresponding strategy from the level of government, textile association and enterprise to offer effective and feasible advices for the change and development of Chinese textile enterprise.
