Infrastructure construction in the process of city modernization has been an important bottleneck to the further development of city and the immature capital market in china has an exigent demand on municipal bond. Aiming at this, the paper gives a full feasible analysis in four main aspects on the establishment of municipal bond's market in china. In the past, municipal bond has not been published in china because the timing is not good f.g. the block in law, short of system and rules, lack of experience. Through analyzing, this paper has made a conclusion that now the timing for municipal bond is mature.
