Because of considerable costs of R&D and HR, Private Hi-tech enterprises usually can't support the whole cash flow by themselves under certain scale. They have no other way besides resorting to outside financing. Though international VC has been introduced to China not more tan 8 years, it has played an active role in the development of Hi-tech industry as a necessary supplement for native VC. Up to now, high-degree market-based international VC will still be one of the Financing channels that worth exploring.
