In the market competition environment of the world economy unification, "change" i s t he n ormality o f enterprise business, w hich makes r igid o rganization structure do not suit this change. The team with flexibility becomes the normal organization structure. The useful design of team compensation system is the important guarantee for working and operating of team. From the payment element a ngle designing the team compensation s ystem i s the reflection to m anagement i dea o f t hinking person o f the center a nd the idea creation of the thesis. Based on the largest compensation motivation,the model of team compensation system is established on organization payment factor,team payment factor and personal payment factor. At same time,the pattern and skill which the model is used in the practice is researched though quoting the AHP and professional assessment method. And the research team is applied by the model.
