Empirical Research On The Construction Of The Individual Credit System In Tian Jin

Nowadays, there is a very serious phenomenon of credit lack. It is the direct cause of market economical operation and development in a poor efficiency in our country. The vital matter of immediate urgency is to set up the system of perfect social credit to standardize the market economy. The entire social credit system consists of three relatively independent and interactive sub systems. They include the construction of the government's credit system, the construction of the business credit system and the construction of the individual credit system .In order to offer the related data, theory, method with practical value of reference and utilize to the construction of the individual credit system, the author has adopted standard analysis, comparative analysis, empirical analysis, research approaches, random sampling and questionnaire investigation, etc. The author establishes and launches the overall and deeply systematical description in personal credit system, one of three stature systems of the social credit system in Tianjin. In the text part of this thesis, the author first analyzes and introduces the domestic and foreign theoretical research about the construction of the individual credit system utilizing standard analysis, and then analyzes and compares two practical patterns with comparative analysis. And then, it is right to utilize the analytic approach of the real example to analyze and research the successful experience made in the construction of individual credit system; Moreover, it takes random sampling method and collects 1000 pieces of information of effective sample data in form of questionnaire investigation; The further one, get several groups of processing essential data about the construction of individual credit system after gathering and putting the sample data information in order ; Finally, on the basis of the support got from the relevant theory, real example and data of the above , the author has explained the view that it should develop the construction of individual credit system from five aspects such as the spiritual aspect ,property right aspect, individual credit file aspect, legal aspect and manage and organize aspect etc in the course of operation of concrete practice of the building in Tianjin and has carried on the concrete and detailed relevant argumentation to the construction of these five stature aspects.
