The Empirical Research On Management Motivation And Enterprise Performance Of Listed Corporations

Now, there are more and more peope that care for the problem of management motivation and enterprise performance with the development of economics. This article will analyze it deeply by the method of empirical research. The part 1 will introduce the fundamental theories about management motivation and performance evaluation. The part 2 will do the analysis of descriptive statistics and linear regression and draw some conclusions which will be explained in this part. The part 3 will give some advices according to the problems that are found in part 2.
