The Study Of The Regional Economic Integration Between China And Russia

At the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the paper applies the theories and methods of regional economics, international economics, world economics and geoeconomics and so on to view fully and systematically the regional economic integration between China and Russia. According to these, the author intends to point out the necessity and importance of carrying out the border economic integration. In the paper, the author explores deeply the regional economic integration and the related theories and makes important comments on the present characters of regional economic integration between China and Russia and the influenced factors. Based on the regulation system of regional economic integration between China and Russia, the author comes up with the principles, goals and modes about it to speed up the development of economic integration among regions between China and Russia, China and Russia and Northeast –Asia economic integration. The framework of the paper is made of four parts: The first part talks about basic theories. In comparison with the theories of the present economic integration, the author points out its own understanding on the conception of economic integration and finds out the suitable theories applied to the regional economic integration between China and Russia. The second part, the author analyzes the regional conditions of China and Russia, which mainly focuses on the macro-background, the conditions of Northeast China, the East part of Russia and complementary analysis between them. The third part, the author introduces the present conditions regional economic integration between China and Russia, which mainly introduces the basic field and influencing factors of the border economic integration between China and Russia. The fourth part talks about the regulation system and developing tendency of the regional economic integration between China and Russia. The tendency mainly focuses on its development principles, goals and modes which benefits for the development of regional economic integration between China and Russia and provides consultation and guidance for it. The third and fourth parts are main parts of the paper. Through exploring and analyzing the former three parts, the author points out the mode of regional development,the mode of industry and mode of resource developmentfor regional economic integration between China and Russia.
