The stakeholders, interest conflicts and modulations of stakeholders in domestic urbanization construction are systematically researched. Firstly, it reviews and summarizes the research status of land-acquisition and house-demolishment, resettlement study and land systems; Secondly, it finds out the main stake-holders of these activities: the government, the PAPs, land demanders. Also, it gives the interests of the stake-holders and the superficial conflicts of their interests. And it goes further, the superficial conflicts reflected the deep-rooted contradictions: social development and resources conservation, rural interests and urban interests, individual interests and collective interests, commercial interests and survival interests, short-term interests and long-term interests; Thirdly, it gives the reasons of these conflicts from the angles as follow: land-acquisition system, collective land property right, real estate evaluations, rents-seeking problems, the policies, the relations of the government and the market; At last, it concludes that the most emergent thing is to modulate the policies and in the long-run, for the sake of resolving the problems ultimately, we must find ways of standardizing the land market, reconstructing the land property rights and reforming the government functions.
