With the rapid development of information technology and the extended its application fields, Software Project Management and Multi-Project Management is being the hot-point of Project Management thesis researches, and it provides new resolution and idea for Software Crisis. This thesis researches some crucial techniques in Software Project Management on Multi-Project, and advances some new ideas and algorithms for it. This thesis firstly summarizes some basic theory of Software Project Management and Multi-Project Management. Secondly Software Project Plan and Multi-Project Software Estimation are studied, and then this thesis provides pro-COCOMO in Multi-Project Estimation. Thirdly Multi-Project Scheduling Management and Resource Optimization are studied, and analyze how to design Multi-Project Scheduling Plan. Finally Optimize Algorithms of Multi-Project Resource Balance is studied, and analyzes how to use Heuristic Algorithm and Genetic Algorithm to deal with Multi-Project Resource Balance problem.
