The Research On Performance Evaluation System Of The Chain Retailing Enterprise Under The Environment Of SCM

From the view of the world, the proportion of implementing SCM successfully is relatively low. After research, we found that absence of the effective performance evaluation is one of the key reasons that enterprise fail to implement SCM. Therefore, it is very meaningful to establish performance evaluation system, measure the performance level of SCM, and promote the implementation of SCM. Today, because the retailing enterprise is becoming more and more important in some supply chain, the supply chain that the retailing enterprise is the key enterprise has come into being and develops constantly. The quality of the performance that the retailing enterprise reflects determines the future of the whole of supply chain. Thus, the performance evaluation of the chain retailing enterprise becomes another key research field.Firstly, the paper analyzes the difference between the SCM model and traditional management model, and summarizes the characters of the supply chain management and supply chain framework of the chain retailing enterprise under the environment of SCM. Secondly, through summarizing the representative theory and method about the performance evaluation, we found the basis of selecting the theory framework and analytical method. On the basis of the purpose of new performance evaluation system and the principle of the performance evaluation, the paper establishes the Balanced Scorecard theory as the theory framework and brings forward new indexes that are based on the four dimensionality that Balanced Scorecard theory advocates. Finally, by use of expert's investigation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the paper further filters the indexes, decides the weight coefficient of the indexes and concludes an integrated, operable performance evaluation system reference model of the chain retailing enterprise under the environment of SCM.
