The Strategic Trade Policy And The Application Study Of Hi-tech Industry In China

Entering WTO is the symbol of that Chinese economy is all-around open to world. We must take the mutualism for granted between economy and trade of each country in the world. As strategic industry, hi-tech industry is provided with the character of not only strategic trade policy but also itself. In the anfractuous world economy, there still exists sizable gap in economic level between our country and developed country. After WTO entry, hi-tech industry must be strong impacted from overseas country. It is very important to take effective policy to lead hi-tech industry to increase quickly and also to promote overall strength of the country and sustainable development. The thesis not only analyses the strategic trade policy of U. S and implementary effect, but also study the application to hi-tech industry of china on the basis of domestic research. Furthermore, in order to find the optimize level of labour wage to maximize the welfare level, the thesis uses the optimize model of labour wage of China' s hi-tech industry under strategic trade policy and presents reasonable suggestions.
