Along with the promulgation of the management law of land in 1998, the reform of urban land has gone deeply and developped continuously, and the beginning see the result. Now, More outstanding is our city bring about to the reform wave tide that the resources allocation of remising-land market. Know to all, the last century behind in 80's, the usage of our urban land became transfered funds to double track system . This method of taking average land resources allocation hasn't attainned efficiency of urban land resources, and although ,the land usage reform of 90's ( namely government and investor depend on subjectivly expectation and look for to rent with land) has a good original intention, also hasn't bring the city industry activitly and can't keep on the development continuously. At this background , How to build up a land market that allocation normly and Circulation efficiently has important urgency and practice significance in this realm research.The blemish on the system comes from the shortage of the theories understanding, the problem in practice exigencily tells us to establish a new innovation in urban land institution. Till now, few Researcher pay attention to this realm, that is remising-land institution remising-land market and remising-land method, main reason is: first, the privately owned system of the land basically while is an abroad, there is no landholding power in nation, the land supply is basically depended on market mechanism,secondly, the reserch uses the analytical method of economy in this realm of our country has still been placed in" implement of necessity" , and its way of research need the further thorough stage. Therefore, this paper set out from the effective demand, adopting four-quadrant models and analytical economic methods models, drawing lessons from the foundation of the domestic and international research result, thoroughly study on remising-land market and remising-land running method under our urban land ues institution . and made use of an analytical method of case, combine the concrete case example to the analyze our urhban remising land market. We hope these research will be helpful to perfect urban use institution ,and promoting the content of our urban remising land market running mechanism completely, further rising the market of our urban land developped continuously and healthily, and for develop the basis that provide to the business enterprise decision and the consumer behaviors.
