With the increasing of China' exporting to the outside, especially after China joined WTO, there are more and more anti-dumping cases that the Chinese goods suffer. If it can't be well resolved, the economy of foreign trade of our country will be influenced.One of the major reasons of large quantity of anti-dumping is that we cannot realize the importance of employer's organization. As a non-profit-making intermediary, the employer's organization plays an irreplaceable role in enterprises development. It can offer the public products for enterprise, such as making the sector standard, releasing trade information, coordinating the relations of enterprise and government etc.; it can coordinate the competition of enterprises, and make the competitions of enterprises get onto the track of the orderly one. In the face of the anti-dumping of foreign countries, the employer's organization can utilize one's own advantage, combining various kinds of resources, coordinating the enterprise's price competition while exporting commodities. While the anti-dumping symptom in foreign countries emerges, the employer's organization can collect foreign information through various kinds of channels and release to domestic enterprise in time, enabling enterprise calm in the face of anti-dumping prosecution of foreign countries. Under the circumstances that enterprises have already suffered the threat of foreign anti-dumping, the employer's organization, as enterprise representative, can answer the cases for enterprises, which can reduce cost, and make enterprise not too passive because of cost.In encountering foreign countries anti-dumping cases, our country employer's organizations have done a lot. But there are a lot of defects of our country's employer's organization in anti-dumping. Because of special formulation mechanism and generating pattern, many of them are not established according to the market rule totally. In encountering foreign countries' anti-dumping, it lack corresponding power and means and the engagement essential to enterprises. It is indeterminate to make a reservation. The employer's organizations own organization and mechanism is also imperfect, and the personnel's professional level can not be reached. The factors above make the employer's organizations of our country in encountering foreign countries anti-dumping not able to function abundantly and effectively.To strengthen our country employer's organizations in encountering anti-dumping, it is needed to make the relation between employer's organization, government and enterprise in order, train special talents, and perfect organization against anti-dumping mechanism employer's organization.
