Study On The Selection And Development Of Ladder Model Of Agricultural Scientific District In China

Agricultural scientific district was the produced with the development of social economy and science and technology. It was a new organic type by which science-technology innovation and achievements transformation is activated. And it also improved the competition of agricultural product and to increase the profit of agriculture. Although agricultural scientific district was built late in China, various type and specific systems of regions have primarily formed due to their strong development, which have activated the tight combination of agriculture with science and technology. And at the same time it directed agriculture into productivity. Due to social economy and economy and ecological difference among large area and lacking system management, these caused repeated construction and severe resources waste. Therefore, ladder model of agricultural scientific district should be constructed by taking advantages of efficient funding and labor and science technologies. And cooperation within different level of ladder model should be strengthened.Factors that have an impact on scientific district have been studied by combination natural science and social science, quality analysis and quantity analysis. Draw out the basic functions of different agricultural scientific districts. First, the development type of agricultural scientific district should be materialized through at least four functions, which are as the centre for scientific innovation, as the exhibitionbase for high-tech, as the innovation base for the primary corporation, and as the comfortable living area. Second, the compositive type of agricultural scientific district should be materialized through at least three functions, which are as the base for achievement transforming, as the base for production demonstration, and as the base for spreading of education and training. Third, the demonstrating type of agricultural technology district should be materialized through at least two functions, Which are blazing a way in typification and spreading. Finally, the demonstrating type of agricultural district in a city should be materialized through at least four functions, which are as the area for traveling and resting, the improvement of the ecological environment, the production of refining agricultural product, and the education and training base for adolescents.3. Bringing forward some strategies for sustainable development of agricultural scientific districts in china. The corresponding administration systems of agricultural scientific district are proposed. All the agricultural scientific district in different province should be administrated in one unite in order to avoid being operated casually and repeatedly. The disparities between different agricultural scientific districts should be considered, so the comparative advantages of different districts may be taken.
