Technology Of Ecological Economy And Benefit Analysis In Region

Naiman Banner is an ecological economy compound system whether relying mainly on farming and animal husbandry. This essay uses three method, quantitative calculation, qualitative description and integration for the study on system of ecological economy of Naiman Banner and ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits about it. Appraise the sustainable state of development from 1993 to 2003 of Naiman Banner with the ecological footprint method, the result indicated the system ecological economy of this banner was not in sustainable state of development in other 9 years except 1994 and 1995. Analyze family material of Naiman Banner in 2003 by calculation and analysis of family material flow. It shows that not form the intact cyclical process in the utilization of resources in Naiman Banner, it is the simplex form that is utilized. We used Thornthwaite method to calculate and appraise the degree of desertification in this area. It showed that the humid index was 0.685, so the Naiman Banner should belonge to the humid period in 1990-1994. But in 2003-2003, the humid index was 0.386; it should belonge to the semiarid period. Through integrative analysis of the system of agricultural ecological economy of typical village in the past 11 years, the result shows the typical villages of four type districts have developed from the stage of non-ecological agriculture to the stage of elementary ecological agriculture through the construction of ecological economy of 11 years. According to these outcomes, we put forward integrative controlling system of multiplex system of the ecological economy in Naiman Banner. By the analysis of ecological benefits, economic benefits, social benefit of typical village, it shows that the comprehensive benefit to develop ecological economy is remarkable and it 's feasible to designe this model of optimized ecological economy.
