In 2000, with the development of network economy, a great deal of capital were invested in until the network fable was wreckaged in 2001. In this period the banking made great efforts to develop the electronic banking operation to reply the concussion from economy globalization and communication technology and acquired outstanding achievement. As one kind of service means, the electronic banking apply advanced electronic communication technology and network agent to provide clients perfect self-help financial service, including network bankng, call center, mobile telephone banking, enterprise banking, ATM and self-help banking, etc. it' s operation consist of a majority of traditional operation and foreign exchange deal, negotiable securities deal, individual financing. Through the alteration of handcraft busywork mode of traditional bank, the electronic banking gradually form a new system on operation disposal automatization, bank service electronism and management communicationism.At the first part of this paper, we compared and analyzed completely the development instance about the electronic banking operation of commercial banks in our country, some national commercial banks such as ICBC, CBC have improved it a main channel of bargaining operation and a important sale channel of bank manufactures, and gained rapiddevelopment. Through the analysis on management experience of foreign electronic banking, the principle assume about correlate national pattern was brought forward. At the second part, we analyzed the development actuality about the electronic banking operation of ABC bank to find out problems existed in it, and brought forward the point of view on constituting a electronic banking management system which take clients as central. At the third part, we expatiate the reason on ABC banks constituting a electronic banking management system which take clients as central in order to accelerate the development of electronic banking operation. At the fourth part, we explored how to constitute a correlate system from optimizing inside management system, developping Customer Relationship Management, constituting a electronic banking manufacture system which take customers as central, exerting sufficiently the action of customer manager contingent in existence, establishing and consummating after service and inner charge management system, etc.This paper bring forward some new point of view on electronic banking, and has certain theoretics value and reference value for national commercial banks which develop electronic banking operates.
