This thesis's investigative object is venture investment in China, it analyzes some factors that restrict venture invest and tables proposals to promote venture invest.The thesis separates into four parts. The first part expatiate some knowledge about venture investment, the second part discuss status quo and problem of venture investment in China. Basing on the situation of our country, the third part brings forward some countermeasures. The four part designs venture investment system in our country.The thesis's innovation lies in two points. Firstly, this paper discusses the relationship of economics theory and venture investment, economics theory is venture investment development's foundation; the other way round venture investment impulses economics theory progress. Secondly, this paper brings forward some practical suggestions to perfect venture investment system in China.In the 21 century, high-tech need venture capital, burgeoning venture investment gains economic benefit and social benefit. Venture investment becomes an important ingredient in the economics development.
