With the arrival of the global economy and the information technology reformation, the competition of the enterprises is becoming more and more intensive. Now single enterprise couldn't fit in with this transformation through its own competence. Virtual enterprises, which can quickly adapt to the demand of the marketing with high quality and low cost, have been catching people's eyes.Comparing to traditional company, virtual enterprise has many features, such as prominent core competence, high speed to marketing, flexibility and mobility, short organization structure and so on. But it is not means that the risks of virtual enterprises have been reduced. On the contrary, it brings many new risks problem.According to the research of Lacity, because of risks problem, 13 percent of virtual enterprises are full failure, 19.6 percent are in high risk condition, 19.6 percent couldn't be conformed, only 47.8 percent are full successful. So it is the basic for the high efficient operation of virtual enterprises to manage the risks. Especially in our country, it has more significance.This thesis selects virtual enterprises risks as the researching objects, starting by the features of virtual enterprises and combining with the reality of its operation, we analyze the formation elements of all kinds of risks and expound the methods of risk management. The emphasis is to evaluate and measure the risks as well as to manage and control the risks. We wish this thesis could offer a reference to the successful operation of virtual enterprises in our country.
