Analyses Of Jiangsu'S Ability Of Science And Technology Innovation And Countermeasures To Promote The Ability

In the view of the development of world and the human history, it is found that revolution in science and technology is rising in the global range, the new and high technology is developed swift and violently forward. From the viewpoint and theory of innovation in "theory of economy development", to the attaching more importance to science and technology innovation in the 21th century, the research for innovation is developing. As one of provinces of high level of economy, science and technology, and education in the whole nation, Jiangsu turn the of point of strategy of develop to enhancing the ability of science and technology innovation. In this situation, it is urgent task that analyze the ability of science and technology innovation, and then promote this ability of one territory. This text combine SEU science and technology research plan project" Analysis of Jiangsu science and technology innovation ability and is's influence to Jiangsu economy development", have studied about this question.The thesis has introduced the basic situation of domestic and international research of science and technology innovation. Firstly, we discussed the guiding ideology and purpose of the science and technology innovation. Secondly, based on the commonly principle and particular principle of the design of technological progress check, the framework of analysis index of district science and technology innovation ability is put forward. Then the thesis analyzed the ability of Jiangsu district science and technology innovation, and ranked all districts in this ability. In five aspects, analyzed this idiographic ability of Jiangsu, then analyzed this trend ability of Jiangsu from 1999 to 2001. Based on this, this thesis have pointed out the problem in the development of Jiangsu science and technology innovation ability. Finally, this thesis have pointed out the focal point should be sovled in the problem in the development in Jiangsu science and technology innovation ability, and has put forward some countermeasures.
