| Until now, in the world scope there has appeared five big tides of M&A. Special the fifth tide raised in 1995, cross-border M&A have became into the leader. The total amount of cross-border M&A are unceasingly to climb, and the scale of single case also repeatedly broke the record. Cross-border M&A already have became the great scene in the world economics now . More and more multinational corporations have realized their own internationalization strategy, and melt into the world economics through cross-border M&A. Many economists began to research cross-border M&A because of its importance. But looking over the domestic and foreign research results on cross-border M&A, you will find there is little research about Chinese enterprise. The main reason is the developed country still in leadership. So we must base on the situation of Chinese enterprise, unifies the domestic and foreign environment to conduct the analysis research. Now the understanding and the participation degree of Chinese enterprise on cross-border M&A is insufficient, the enterprise also lacks the full preparation to the internationalization strategy. "Green investment" is still the main model of FDI to Chinese enterprise. And there are some factors that restrict the development of Chinese enterprise cross-border M&A,such as the control to foreign exchange and so on. Therefore it is significant that studying the theory of cross-border M&A, and the domestic and foreign enterprises situation on cross-border M&A to instruct the Chinese enterprise to comprehensively connect with the world economics.This article has researched the related theoret of cross-border M&A, unified global situation ,and analized the present situation and its reason of Chinese enterprise ,then elaborated the relations of Chinese enterprise cross-border M&A with strategic choice. At last we hope to provides some enlightenment about the future of Chinese enterprise by proposing some suggestions to Chinese enterprise cross-border M&A .
