It is obvious that the present market has changed into buyers' market. So for more and more enterprises in most of industries, their competence which can make them preeminent from their competitors are not only from quality, price, delivery time, post-purchasing service of the product, but also from payment terms.For seeking for better sales record and occupying larger market share, many enterprises extend their credit limit without much survey and research. The unexpected result comes here. Accounts receivable consist of a large part in the companies' assets. The risk of bad and uncollectible accounts threatens the health and safty of the companies. Especially the key account customers's bad and uncollectible accounts may sometimes lead a company to death.Then, it comes the issue in this report. It is how to make good sales and maintain a preferable share market, especially to build a good relationship with the key account customers, and at the same times to avoid the risk of bad and uncollectible accounts in a great extent.In this report, the writer take A company as an example, together with the analysis of the risk assessment to one of the key account customers of A company, China Mobile ( Hongkong ), to establish a credit limit and other payment terms for China Mobile. Also the writer give some suggestion to manage and collect accounts receivable in the end of the report.
