The Research On Financing Of Chinese Small Business

The problem of the difficulty in financing is a common one to all other countries' and the regional small business. And it is even worse in China because we are during the economic transition period, which brought out the particular system obstacles, structural defects, highly concentrated financial system and limited access to financing. According to the investigation and research done by China and other countries, the small business is the irreplaceable industrial organization form which meets the productive forces' development, while their development has been increasingly limited by the difficulty in financing. In order to promote the healthy development of the small businesses, and make them play an important role in stimulating marketing competition, nurturing entrepreneur spirits, encouraging technical innovation and expanding employment of urban and rural residents so as to make sure the smooth undergoing of China's economic system reform, the problem of the difficulty in financing must be solved as soon as possible. And to build an effective financing service system served specially the small businesses is the basic point of solving the financing problem.As for the structure of this essay, except the foreword, it consists of three parts, five chapters in total:First, the essay has studied several typical models of the overseas small business financing service system, and got the useful things which China's small businesses financing service system can benefit from by contrasting the characteristics of each model.Second, the essay has analyzed the current situation of China's small businesses financing service system by focusing on two aspects: stock financing and debt financing and found out the existing problems.Third, based on the above analysis, by learning from other countries' successful experience and combining with our enterprises' characteristics and financing system reform, the essay has suggested the measures to construct and make perfect our financing service system. The system includes three subsidiary ones as stock financing, debt financing and financial management service and each one contributes a chapter.
