| It has been a widely controversial hot topic between the academic world and the practical world how to comprehend and interpret Regulation 162 in the code of Criminal Procedure,which says that the facts of a case concerned should be clear and evidence sound.This text aims to interpret such abstract regulations, making an analysis of and comment on different academic views in the theorefical world. In combination with judicial practice, it introduces in detail the legal practices of how present practice departments make subjective judgements according to court evidence on conviction evicence criteria.
