Research On The Problems About Yangling's Village Within City In The Process Of Urbanization

The village within city means that wraps up the countryside residential area in the city region because of fast expansion of the city.The village within city is forming of that inevitable outcome is caused by long-term segregation two management system in urban and rural areas," village within city " makes manageral confusion of urban construction , villager's living environment abominable , the social relationships are complicated, the degree of difficulty of management increases. Along with the setting- up of Yang Ling national-level agricultural high-tech industries demonstration zone and quickening of Yang Ling's urbanization construction, the problems of village within the city's are come out conspicuously and unavoidably, which are seriously affecting the urban economy and development, so it is necessity to carry out transformation for the village in the city. So, the transformation is the social development to the village in Yang Ling city and transform imperativly.The transformation of urban village is a great, complex work. It involves many different factors such as economy, society, culture and politics. It concerns village collective, village people,government and real estate promoter, a large number of problems need researching and solving. I chooses the village of the Yang Ling city's as the research object, analy actual conditions and problems them, I hope to offer my opinions and suggestions for the village transformation of the Yang Ling city's.in the thesis I study the concept involved problems and forming reason of village within city, the certainty of transform , domestic and international study about city villageissue; Analyse and research current situation , characteristic , influence and subject matter existing of the village phenomenon in Yang Ling city, especially discuss the problem of workforce and fund which need solution in Yang Ling city; quantitative Analyse the current situation and existing problem of the transference of labor force in Yang Ling city, and then offer the opinions and suggestions for solving the-problem; Village transform capital source analyse with the current situation of Yang Ling city, have proposed that the transformation project financing of the village must implement the view of the pluralistic way in Yang Ling city. As a result, I get some conclusion to the village transformation of the Yang Ling city's: (1) Adjust the industrial structure, develop the tertiary industry in a more cost- effective way , increase the capacity of employment,Improve labourer's cutural dynamics at the same time, strengthen the sense of organization that the workforce transform and make the redundant workforce transformation in order. (2) the village transforms in the city should give consideration to government, village collective and villagers' interests, base on the market, take different financing way according to the conditions of every village , every project.
