Research On Mmultiple Projects Managing Of Electric Power Trade

Being the key candidates to relief the emergency of current electric power, not only the stimulating on the projects in progress but extending the investment of new projects is of particular important. As a consequence, various power projects are set forth by the electric construction companies. In the present paper, the thermal power project is systematically investigated as an illustration to study the multiple managing of power projects. In accordance with the analysis on the power trade and thermal power project , a management mode named by "Remote Copy" is brought forward firstly in view of governments and companies. The primary bases of this mode are the multi-user separation, the system management and the imitative market operation. From the purpose of remote copy of projects management, we can therefore ultimately realize the standardization of project management, the utilization of the mainland resource, the plat-formalization of system controls, the remote calling of technical supports, the routine training of executed standardization, the strengthening of system regulation and the managing of multiple projects network.
