As to Spare-parts Recovery Chain, a reasonable reverse logistics network is very important to the recovery operation with low cost and high efficiency. Meanwhile, the different level of centralization of testing incurred different operation cost of the whole network. This thesis set up network design models based on centralized and decentralized testing modes respectively. By analyzing the difference of cost structure in the two modes, the thesis concludes some elements to be considered in decision-making, which include: 1.fixed costs and quantities of testing facilities in the two modes; 2.the quantity of the collected parts from the disposer market; 3.the structure and weight of variable costs; 4. other factors such as the pull/push recovery strategy, management feasibility and efficient using of facilities and vehicles. At the end, the thesis proved the feasibility of the models by an illustration.
