Research Of Intellectual Property Rights About E-commerce For Enterprises

With the development of network technology, E-commerce has become a newbusiness mode in the new century, and intelligence patent has been changed with it.Intelligence patent is the main knowledge resource for enterprises. To develop andmanage intelligence patent is the factor to compare competitiveness amongenterprises and is also the basic way to do E-commerce on the net.The researches about E-commerce patent are mainly about protection. But from thetechnical view, there is little research. This article is do research about situation,technology, and business method patent and find out technical framework for E-commerce, technical trend and creative point in intelligence patent development.This will be used as a reference for government and enterprises to developintelligence patent in China.My work lists as follows:Firstly, using lists, graphs, and data to compare our situation with developed countriessuch as America, and analyze the differences.Secondly, propose technical framework for E-commerce. I use IBM E-commercestructure to classify E-commerce patent into different groups, make clear about thekey technology for each group. Through analysis for each intelligent patent'scharacteristics, find out technical trend and also depart business method intelligencepatent into different gamps, and help us to know better about it.Thirdly, encourage our enterprises to use intelligence law to protect our technicalcreation.
